Similar to virtual 1-1 or semi personal training, these sessions are done at the comfort of your home or building fitness center but instead of the workout and cueing being done through the computer or phone, I will come to you.
Virtual 1-1 training or semi personal training allows you the opportunity to work out from the comfort of your own home or the fitness space of your choice. Sessions are customized and built to your needs and goals.
I will be offering free group fitness classes Wed-Sunday which you can find on my schedule. All classes are open to all and a great way to learn and get started on this journey. If you're not ready for 1-1 training, this is a way to build strength and endurance as you get more comfortable. All levels welcome and the variety of classes will rotate.
